How to use this iron supplement?

Shake bottle well before use. Use the measuring cup.

Adults and children aged 12 and over: 7.5 ml twice a day, approximately 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.

Children aged 6 to 12: 10ml daily.
Children aged 3 to 5: 5ml per day.
