Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Puremedsupply.ca. We are committed to delivering your medical supplies as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: High-demand periods or carrier delays may occasionally extend processing times.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship across Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Canada Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 10 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10 to 20 business days after processing.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a specific amount (as displayed on our website banners).

3. Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse.

  • Location: 2125 Old Norwood Rd. Otonabee, Ontario K9J 0G6.

  • Process: After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24-48 hours.

  • We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@Puremedsupply.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method if necessary.

6. Damages

Puremedsupply.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify us immediately so we can assist you with the process.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
