Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Puremedsupply.ca. We value your business and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened or used medical supplies.

  • Personal care items or hygiene products.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

     

  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).

     

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if handled by us) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@Puremedsupply.ca with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for these cases.
