How do I use this skin care supplement?

For the first 2 weeks, take 2 capsules of Nhco L-Nutraskin Peaux Sèches in the evening. For the following 2 weeks, 1 capsule in the evening. Repeat if necessary, 1 to 2 capsules a day.
