Most preworkouts are loaded with enough caffeine to have you jittering for hours after bench pressing 700 pounds. They just aren't suitable for martial artists who rely not only on energy, but also their mental acuity and endurance during training and competition.
That's why we designed PreRoll: the first preworkout with a formula specifically for jiu jitsu athletes. We spent the better part of the year perfecting the ideal ingredient deck for martial artists, including:
100mg of Caffeine, about as much as a cup of coffee. Enough to feel energized while you roll, but not enough to give you the jitters.
